D: Turkey meatballs simmered in marinara (not as low carb as Alfredo but not that brave yet)

Lite sauce extra cheese. Turkey pepperoni. Gonna make white pizza next.

The protein cappaucino is good. Zero carb protein powder, 1 carb almond milk, 8 carb cappaucino mix... Good stuff, well good enough anyway.

Gotta make the pizza better next time, crust didnt get crispy so I will pre bake them.

Looking for next flavor of protein powder to try.

Today was the first snow of the winter and the traffic was bad, some people didn't go to work coz of it!! :-S

added an egg for breakfast and was less striving as the morning went. On. Too bad I really don't care for eggs.

Been up to my eye brows at work too.

I'm trying to think of something other than eggs and drawing a blank. I think my brain is fried. lol

hard boiled eggs for breakfast is my go to staple.  they are easy to carry, and easier to eat on the run.

double protein coffee

10 slices of turkey bacon

hard boiled egg

macadamia nuts

1/2 lebanon bologna samich on 1 slice rye w/mayo

mini carrots

stale potato chips

small piece of cheese danish

double protein coffee

crockpot chicken

macadamia nuts

double protein coffee
