How my DS works at 3 1/4 years out
Crustless Mini Quiche
3 eggs, 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk, 1 c scrambled sausage, 1 c shredded colbyjack cheese, 12 c shredded cheddar. Brown/drain sausage, mix all but 12 c cheddar, spray muffin tins, fill 3/4 and add cheddar on top. 350* 25 minutes. I haven't done this in years. Happening soon!
Jeff N.'s Egg Bake (I make this all the time. It makes a HUGE amount but I just eat on it (nuked****il it is gone. You could probably freeze it.
2 pks cream cheese, 1lb spicy sausage browned. 1.5 lbs bacon fried and cut up (I do 2 lbs and crumble it), 2 c Moz cheese, 2 c Mex blend cheese (shredded cheeses) 12 eggs:
Layer in 13 x 9: sofened cream cheese spread out on the bottom (I spray with PAM first), then sausage, Moz cheese, bacon, Mex blend cheese. Whip the eggs and pour over the top. 350* 40 minutes. YUM.

Carmen I just have to tell you that from my experience and the experiences I have been reading for four years that that is a really bad idea.
You can certainly do the shakes and I recommend them if they are low carb but you need to EAT!! And OFTEN!! That is what keeps your metabolism working. If you go on a liquid diet your body is going to think you are starving and will hold on to whatever it can.
Eat protein. Eggs, cheese, greek yogurt, all kinds of meat (fattier the better), heavy cream. That way you will stay satiated and won't want the carbs. I guarantee that if you do just shakes you will be craving carbs like crazy.
When I was loosing I was eating CONSTANTLY. I never left the house without a supply of both cold and non cold food to snack on. I could meet a friend for lunch and then I would snack on the way home. But I ate almost strictly protein and fat.
Do an Atkins type diet and the weight will come off.
