How my DS works at 3 1/4 years out
It's is encouraging to hear the DS still works years out, good for you for working it! This has been on my mind. Although only 4+ months out, I continue to hold on to fear I will mess this up too. That history will repeat itself. Posts like this give hope.
Miss seeing you, Becky...have fun at the dog show.

Becky, I appreciate you sharing your journey. It is really helpful.
All I know if I start my day off right, I do not eat like my stomach is the garbage dump. I'm a little more regular. And the more protein I eat through out the day the healthier my choices are through the day.
I need to lose about 10lbs, Since 2010 it appears my body ha**** a weight that it is very comfortable, and I feel and look good at this weight. Of course when I see the number I always wish is was lighter, but a lighter number would not look good on me.

Becky,
Glad all is going so well with you. Sorry about the weight gain, but I am right with you on the stress eating. I'm not quite 3 years out yet, but same info you just posted with all the nice clothes I have collected. I just joined a gym and so that I am accountable, I am going to go to WW since I am a lifetime member there anyway. I figure the once a week weigh-in will keep me accountable even if the program doesn't 100% work for me any longer. They do talk about a lot of good subjects and recipes and it has really helped me. I have only been for the initial weigh in, but go back Monday to see how things are rolling. T
