S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
S - JayRobb bar
L - protein shake (30g)
S - sunflower seeds
D - out to eat at our local tavern
VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: missed
evening batch: done + Proferrin at bedtime
EXERCITES:
walking but likely will be stuck to an online meeting all day

Yep, a WLS one. It's run by Dr Elariny's dietitian. Last night we shared WL friendly Holiday recipes and discussed 2 studies; one on WLS and bone loss, and one on hair loss.
You have awesome Bites today even if you're on a vitamin induced budget-- and look at that protein count!

Hope you had a good time tonight. I'll be looking for the meeting report.
Made it home....exhausted, eating way off, but I'm glad I went, As far as I'm concerned, the sun rises and sets on Dr, K. LOL. He literally spent 45 minutes with me. He was extremely complimentary of my plastic surgery. I haven't beentoo sure about the results, but feel better now.
Gave me a vit D shot and writing a letter to my PCP recommending an upper GI and endoscopy. He said vomiting this far out is not normal.

Back to reality and my routine.
It was a good meeting. I like her idea of her critiquing a study or 2 and letting us discuss, then moving to a lighter topic like recipes.
I'm glad your appointment with Dr K went well. Now, how long have you been telling him something was off? No, getting sick often is not normal. {sigh} I wonder if your sleeve healed with a kink or curve to it. Swinging lizards they can show him what's going on.

asparagus - tried them again. no go. thought i was going to throw up. so gross. shame, i used to love them.

That is a shame about asparagus. I can only eat the tips of baby asparagus and like them stir fried in a little peanut oil with bit of Chinese spices.
