did much better with my protein intake today.  chirstmas shopping.....well that's another story. 

double protein coffee

2 scrambled eggs w/1/4 cup sausage crumbles

6 slices turkey bacon

1 slice rye toast w/butter & honey

macadamia nuts

5 thin slices lebanon bologna

double protein coffee

1/2 ny strip steak

1/3 baked potatoes /butter & sour cream

salad w/blue cheese & bacon bites

planned: nightcap of a protein coffee

vites:  bedtime batch pending

fluids:  90+ oz by bedtime
