1 slice rye toast w/butter & honey
macadamia nuts
5 thin slices lebanon bologna
double protein coffee
1/2 ny strip steak
1/3 baked potatoes /butter & sour cream
salad w/blue cheese & bacon bites
planned: nightcap of a protein coffee
vites: bedtime batch pending
fluids: 90+ oz by bedtime
