***Friday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

Gone for a holiday week with GF's family. There was a big scare with a car accident this past fall, so everyone is especially thankful to be together this year. DS eating often went by the wayside over the past week, but still lost a pound. Back to a more normal schedule now, so will need to wean from the carbs. Today attempted to keep carbs to end of day.
Bites:
scrambled eggs, 8 pcs crispy bacon, sausage gravy
Philly cheese steak sandwich minus the bun
unjury choc protein mix with water
Crab/spinach/artichoke dip - ate it with a spoon
steamed peel and eat shrimp
Chicken alfredo without pasta
small coconut cream dessert
2 chocolate martinis
cup hot chocolate
small yogurt with flax and chia seeds
vites:yes
exercites: walking around
Looks good. I'm partial to chocolate martinis too.
