TWO YEAR SURGIVERSARY! Sorry, very long but I just can shut up about it!

I went to my final pre op appointment today. My surgery is scheduled for 12/4. Your post was JUST what I needed to read to help my nerves. Congrats. It is absolutely amazing that you have lost so much weight. Nearly 200 pounds is insane!

You sound like I did when I realized how incredibly blessed I had been to have this surgery!  I'll be four years out in February.  My actual birthday is January 17th and my surgiversary is February 25th, so I'll practically have a month-long celebration of life!

Since tomorrow is Thanksgiving, I'm truly thankful for DSer's like you who express gratitude for their miracles here!
