Could i be doing something wrong...
I havent lost a whole lot either and was concerned to. But I did alot of diets and exercise bits prior to surgery and didnt lose the weight. One thing I realized in gaining/losing is that I maintain, maintain, maintain then drop or gain 5-8 lbs. I will lose inches then weight. so like they all said, I had to stay off that damn scale too. So just keep that in mind as far as your metabolism goes and will just have to work with it. and be very very patient! measure yourself once a month to compare. that is also a booster to look back on when you dont think you are making good progress. Also, in the beginning dont set goals for weight loss set goals to get 3 shakes in a day or get all your vitamins in. because the weight loss will follow and the hard part will be to get in everything. Celebrate the small victories! I was happy when i got all my shakes and such in because I didnt have much of an appetite. Good Luck!
