Vitamin question

Hi

just got my lab results back, my vitamin a is a little low so they want me to start dry vitamin a, I'm sure I can order it online but would like to get it locally if I can, I checked cvs and a local grocery store and it's not dry a.   Does anyone know where I can buy it

I had better luck with vitamin A that Vitalady carries. It's a little tiny capsule but 25,000IUs. It took a few months taking 100,000IUs spread out over the day but then I was able to cut it way back. www.Vitalady.com Or check Amazon for dry A made by Bio-Tech. That's the same stuff that Vitalady carries.  I get everything from Vitalady and follow her plan after tweaking for my labs.

I cant afford Vita lady i found my vit A flourish pharmacy a local compounding pharmacy. you might check and see if you have a  compounding  pharmacy?

You gotta be kidding me.  It's $6.50 for 100 pills!

Plus shipping.   Would be interesting to know how that compares to having something custom made at a compounding pharmacy.

A is not an easy one to find locally, especially in the dosages we need.  Your best bet would be a compounding pharmacist to make the capsules for you.  Other than that, I recommend vitalady.com
