I think Brok posted a recipe for noodle-less lasagna using sandwich thin slices of roast chicken instead of noodles. If his lasagna is half as good as his pizza, it might be worth looking up.

I have not been able to find that recipe but I have been looking at this site http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/recipes.html. She has a Lasagna with "ham" or "turkey" slices which I agree would be better since it is all protein. Thanks!

Bowl of homemade chicken soup
toasted Hemp hearts
2 huge slices of spinach pie with almond crust - DELICIOUS!
4 choc peanut clusters
3 slices Mr Peanut cinnamon/walnut/cranberry bread loaded with butter
