Hi, Gina,
Got part of my labs back today and was very pleased. The vitamin levels and PTH will take awhile. B12 a little too high. I'llpost everything when I get everything back. My PCP still wants to see me every 3 months to "manage my diabetes". My a1c was 5.2.....not diabetic. Guess I'll humor her.

F: ok
E: none....PCP advised jumping rope or jumping jacks for 1 minute for every day to improve bone density

If that PCP will order your labs without question, humor her for sure. lol  I wonder if she would read a study about the DS curing diabetes?

I may try the cream cheese pancakes this weekend. Have you tried them?

I've made the ricotta cheese ones and really liked them. I want to try the cream cheese ones but haven't yet.

I think I'm going to have to try your pizza process the next time my guys order pizza. We usually get thin crust and I can surely pile 2 more slices' toppings onto 1 crust.

Hi all,

The Lasagna with the Zucchini noodles was ok. There is just too much Zucchini and if I don't pick it out I can't finish the protein part of the di****hink I would like it better either without the Zucchini or maybe just one layer of them. The crustless quiche I just love and with ham/bacon added there is lots of protein. It is a way for me to stomach eggs again since I am so sick of them.
