Greek Yogurt Revisited
Have you tried Greek Tzadziki salad? Here is a recipe but I use less garlic and herbs. Sometimes I mix in seedless Greek olives. There are lots of variations. You can use it as is, or as a veggie dip or as a sauce with fish and meats.
During the summer it is a refreshing staple in my home. Give it a try.

Be aware of the carbs in Greek yogurt that is flavored. You can make nearly 0 carb Greek yougurt (and save money) by buying the highest fat content plain Greek yogurt you can find and adding splenda and sugar free preserves (strawberry is my favorite) or sugar free pudding mix. This way you can make it as sweet as you like and not get all the carbs that are loaded in the pre-flavored kind.
