I'm still around, just trying to focus on other things rather than what I'm eating, been sick for over a week and had my annual labs done this morning. Hope all is well with you.

S: Rockin Roll Peanut Protein Bar

Looks good. I worry a little about the oatmeal though. I had a friend on another board that became addicted to the stuff and the carbs were doing her in.
