Does anyone use it?  If so what brand do you like?

I have used it pre-op but have heard around these boards it's not a great protein source for us.

That's what I thought.  The nutrionist (which I know she is certified but it doesn't seem to mean much) at the surgeon who did my DS told me that I should start using it to help boost my protein.  I told her I didn't use Soy products because of hormonal activity.

Good response. If she's a good NUT she'll listen and learn from her patients.

It's my main source of non-shake  for of protein as a vegetarian and my prealbumin levels are good.
