Can I enjoy egg nog?

Not sure if this is something I should enjoy or avoid.  I am talking about the one in the dairy section of the grocery store no alcohol.  I am so use to the 2 percent I perfer it.  I am not lactose intolerant.

Plan for the added carbs. Read labels. Look for sugar free...

Are you post op from your revision?  If so, keep in mind that liquids go down easy and eggnog is pretty rich.  Seems to me a glass would not be a problem.  Drinking it throughout the season would be.

Let us know how that goes, it is that te of year and more of us enjoy egg nog as well. Or used to anyway.

It was absolutely delicious however I think I would have a problem with limiting myself for the same reason why I had to have the DS in the first place.

Be mindful of the sugar in eggnog, but enjoy a small glass and let the family finish the rest.

Better yet - make your own and use splenda instead.
