Coming from a "city" girl I must say I loved reading your adventures! At least your freezer will be packed with protein huh? What does elk taste like? Is it similar to sirloin steak? I tried buffalo once...it was good, lean but had a "wild" kind of taste to it. Anyways, be safe! Stay warm and take your vits! BTW, You look so awesome, healthy!!!!
