Thanks, I think the 130s are my new minimum (well we'll see how the weekend goes). One day earlier this week I forgot to add 14g of protein for peanuts and I finished my Greek yogurt in 4 days not 5 (you can only get the 5% fat yogurt in a really big pot) so that would've been an extra 5g protein Monday - Thursday.
I'm off to Egypt next week so the sun should help my vitamin D levels, plus the mirena coil which I'm getting in less than 3 weeks - yikes. Depoprovera shots have been good to me for many years, but my bones require the change!! I'm determined to have good labs!!

IKWYM about the folks north of us. My cousin from FL posted a picture of the staging area from his utilities truck this morning. He is on loan up there trying to get folks' power lines back up. I also heard from a friend in Staten Island this morning that their power just came back on but she said they were lucky and most were not. : (
