Thought I would try to post when I can. I feel like I eat a lot more food then most of you guys. It is 5pm here now so I left evening snack open but it will most likely be another slice of Brok's pizza. Thanks everyone, Terri

No I wish i could say I was removing the buns and sandwich breads but I am not :( The food just takes disgusting to me without the bread and even then I can hardly get it down. Yesterday was a bad day because I went out to eat twice. I will definitely try to remove at least 1/2 the bread. I was doing that earlier and then one day it just tasted so awful.

 

On the reduced fat that just happens to be the sandwich that I like there. Most of the time I will have a fuller fat one.

I will definitely try for a better day!

Most DSers do well on high fat diets so you shouldn't need to have reduced fat anything.  My skin gets dry and flaky if I don't have enough fat, but coffee (decaff) w lots of cream works very well for me.

V All in, I think, at lunch time I couldn’t remember if I'd had my lunchtime vites!!  I'm switch to a daily pill organizer when my 90 day Vitalady pre-packaged vites run out. Night time liquid iron w vit C pending
