I have actually heard of quinoa spaghetti so I will try that when I can find it and my body can handle it.

I can tolerate a reasonable portion of Dreamfields very well.  If I over-do it, though, I might as well have the regular stuff, because it WILL make me gassy if I eat too much.

for me, dreamfields = too much gas.  plus, i can only get in a little bit.  it seems to swell up in my tiny tummy rather quickly.   when i crave pasta, i use the gluten free (corn) pasta.  i get it from www.nuts.com

It's the only pasta I can eat so far that doesn't wreak havoc.

Dreamfields gave me the worst gas I've EVER had.

Dreamfields tastes like monkey butt to me!

I use 100% whole wheat pasta - which is available just about everywhere now - even Walmart!

I usually get angel hair, since it is super thin, a serving that will sit well in my stomach doesn't have as many carbs as regular spaghetti.  I figure out my individual servings on www.fitday.com, since the serving in Nutrition Facts on the package is about twice what I eat at one time.
