Question about pureed stage.
I want to thank everybody for their help that they have given me. I have a question about the puree stage. I have only been on it since Friday. I get weighed once a day and I noticed that the weight is not coming off as fast as it was. I don't believe I am over eating. I have a scrambled egg for breakfast. I have two protein shakes. I usually have a fat-free soup and at the end of the day. I've been needing a scoop of mashed potatoes. Is this just my body holding on to something since it has not had solids for a while or could I be doing something wrong. I am also taking my walks. Thank you
