***Thursday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

Not sure why but double spacing here too. Very busy and didn't get in as much protein as I usually do.

Bites:

4 scrambled eggs

Hemp Seeds

3 cheese sticks

In&Out Burger without bun

Rosemary chicken with some of the rice from Trader Joes.

small cup choc pudding with flax and chia

Vites: yes

Exercites: hooped 15 minutes with out dropping.  The weather is beautiful so no excuse to not "take a walk" but didn't.
