Hi!

#1 - Double protein shake, 52
#2 - Hamburger..stuff, 19
#3 - Whey shot, 49
#4 - Popeye's mild thigh, some red beans and rice  - 16ish
#5 - Double protein shake, 52
#6 - to be determined

Vitamins in except evening calcium.

Is the protein shot worth doing (worth the additional 210 calories even)?  I'm kinda hoping not cuz it's NASTY!  But I was out of town yesterday so I didn't do well on my protein.  Was trying to make up for it a little bit today. 

(Is it ok to ask questions here or should I start a separate thread?  Just curious...)

I don't know about calories but I did count carbs early out. I wouldn't worry about calories if you're getting your protein in and counting and limiting your carbs.

Many of the protein shots are collagen protein which is an inferior protein source and not for us.

I placed my Vitalady order today - I hope it's a sensible order - I asked them to sense check it - I just did a 90 day unbundled package and tweaked up and downwards (extra D3 and zinc removed B12, PCP said she'd give me shots, removed calcium as I've gone with Bone Booster Complex and I'm using liquid iron, as the tender iron was upsetting my stomach).

I read a while back that Dr Rabkin says that vitamin E isn't necessary... really? Not at all?

Hmm...no vitamin E if you're eating a balanced diet, which we aren't, and don't malabsorb fat soluble vitamins, which we do. Get the dry E from VL. ; )

howdy my lovely ladies.  treated myself to a mid week mani/pedi.  sure felt good.

double protein coffee
7 slices turkey bacon
1/2 sammich - leftover chicken breast/mayo/sharp cheese/roasted red peppers
few popcorn chips
mini heath bar
mini carrots
hamburger 1/2 bun, pickles, mayo, tomato
few cheez doodles
more mini carrots
1/2 greek & 1/2 regular blueberry yogurt

vites:  bedtime batch pending
fluids:  90+ oz
