I have been struggling these last few days with drinking my water and my protein shake. Well I finally have a Combination that works for me! My surgeon called in zofran for me and now I warm my water before I mix the protein powder and I got all of it down today and did not throw it up!!!! I was so worried that I was gonna end up dehydrated or back in the hospital. But with this combination I think I can make these next two weeks of liquids!!! Thank u everyone for all the advice and encouraging words....u guys are awesome!

Thanks guys! I also figured out Dasani is the water for me...so it's getting better everyday. I tried to post pics so u guys can track my progress but the site is saying my pics are too big! So once I edit them I will show my face, lol. But guess what, I cheated and got on the scale tonight...I'm already down 19 pounds! I think that's a lot but I know I'm not eating much. I am getting all my vitamins in and for the second day in a row I have finished my protein shake! I'm also getting more water in. I'm up to 40-oz a day. I Know that's not enough but I'm working up to my 64 ounces. thanks for all your encouraging words and like I said I will post the pics once I minimize the size of them. Stay in touch!
