I'd appreciate any input that you guys can offer on my labs. I've been on the Vitalady 90 starter pack since I was 4 weeks out and don't miss taking my vites. I do take liquid Fersamal 140mg as the Vitalady tender iron was too constipating.

If you click download you'll get an Excel spreadsheet from my dropbox.

I think things are looking like they'll straighten out if you keep doing what you're doing. The zinc is a little odd though.
I would keep after the D3--maybe take 2 - 50,000 IU capsules a day for a few weeks. You want to be at the top of the range.
If you can get them to add vitamins B1 and B6 next time that would be great.

Yes, I went from too high to too low on the zinc!!

The B12 figure's off the charts. I've just been taking the sublingual from Vitalady.

I have these http://xcellento.com/shop/customer/product.php?productid=13771&cat=175 which contain:
20mg Nicotinamide, 2mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, 2mg Riboflavin, 4.85mg Thiamine Mononitrate.

So long as none of that's B12 I can start taking them right away.

Try cutting back your B12 to 5 days a week instead of 7.

Thiamine is B1 and you want that near top of the range.

Pryridoxal phosphate is B6. That one tends to run too high when you keep taking the B-complex too long.

Riboflavin is B2 and you want that near top of the range.

I found that I had to quit taking the B-complex and only take B1 after a few years on the B-complex. It's something you want to keep an eye on.
