BTW US bacon is what we'd call streaky bacon in the UK, so British bacon has a higher protein content and less fat, I double checked my bacon protein figures and they're pretty realistic.

It was Steel cut oat meal not rolled oats....chewy. Interesting, but we all liked it well enough. I gave my guys fair warning it was almost crunchy.

Hmm...you got your share and mine of bread today.  WW must be safe.

sorry to have been mia.  traveled to fredericksburg to visit a sick aunt. 
gina's oatmeal sounds yummy and gail's pumpkin bread makes me want to break out the mixer.

double protein coffee
1/2 pkg bacon
sm slice rye toast w/peanut butter (and it still gives me gas) and lots of honey
double protein coffee
sunflower seeds
cream filled donut
ruby tuesdays for dinner
buffalo sliders - minus the bun
huge protein salad - hard boiled egg, sunflower seeds, ham, bacon, cheese, blue cheese, carrots, tomatoes, peas, few greens, black olives
double protein coffee

vites:  all in
fluids:  80+ oz

Sounds yummy!  I had the Outback blue cheese lettuce wedge salad last night. I don't know when the last time I enjoyed blue cheese on my salad so much...it was great.

Very busy and fun weekend - think I forgot to post bites for Saturday.  Oh well, moving on:

Bites:
Brunch:
spinach feta cheese quiche - 4 servings
5 slices bacon
1 patty sausage
scrambles eggs
fresh fruit
2 sm pc of coffee cake
hot apple cider

Picnic in park:
beef sticks
cheese sticks
2 apples
Mr Peanut bead made with walnurts, cinnamon, ground orange and dried cranberries
Cream cheese on the bread

Dinner
3 pcs brocks pizza loaded with suasage, cheese, mushrooms, gr pprs, black olives, onions
hand full of semisweet choc chips

Vites: all except missed one dose calcium

exercites: biking, walking and hooping in GG park.

lots of protein today, also lots of carbs, but a very enjoyable day.

RNY to DS  210 lbs gone for 5 years.
