Hi!

B -Double protein shake, 52g
S -Hamburger stuff, 6g
Bad Bunny - a few skittles
L -Hamburger patty, 26
S - Double protein shake, 52
S - Hamburger patty, 26
D - To be determined

Sitting at 162g so far.

Vitamins - done except for evening calcium

Exercise - Um...not so much.  I'm finding that as I lose, old issues are returning... One in particular, my hips hurt when I sleep on my sides at night and gets worse when I walk alot.  Time to make a doctor's appointment I guess.  I guess extra padding makes a difference...

Not too bad on the Bites.

Some folks feel bone or joint pain as they lose due to the redistribution of weight and balance. I hope it clears up. Keep us posted.

I'm actually doing fine, just tired and weary. Things I learned on my trip: hotel breakfast buffet had few good choices for me (eggs cold, yucky bacon); I can eat MacDonald's hamburgers now; note to self.....do NOT try to pig out on funnel cake....it just comes back. LOL

I think Im just going to chalk today up as a loss.....  Yeeep, Im a pig.  It was a girls day with my daughter, so she picked what we did.  Ended up with lunch at Weggies, and then walking around downtown and visiting all the little toy shops, then getting her hair cut.

B- protein coffee
L- 1/2 pepperoni & cheese small calzone, 5 chicken wings w/ ranch, 1 grape dipped in yogurt, 1 bite egg salad
S- pumpkin cupcake from a specialty bakery downtown
S- Had a little issue with reactive hypoglycemia- sooo- 5 fun size pieces of candy to bring it back up...  Ugh.
S- other half of the calzone
D- more Naan than I should have eaten, a piece of Roti, few spoonfulls of rice, a samaosa, a bunch of different Indian meat/chickpea/cheese curries, salad, and some kind of rice/mango/coconut milk thing I split with my daughter.  Really helped to clear my sinuses, thank God.  Been sick since JUNE.  No joke, Ive had this URI/cold/cough/plague since JUNE and Im over it!

Vites- missed lunch batch, catching up now
Fluids- all in
Exercise- walked around downtown for an hour, played with the dog in the yard

I didn't realize you had hypoglycemia issues. Why straight sugar to bring the blood sugar back up rather than peanut butter crackers?

I was out shopping with DD and didnt have my "emergency food" with me (a protein bar and peanut butter crackers, LOL!).  I was in a little shop and they had a candy bowl out for Halloween.  I broke out into the sweat and apparently got very pale.  So I just grabbed a handful and sat down and gobbled them in.  But yeah, apparently one thing the DS was VERY good at for me was knocking my pre-diabetes to the curb.  I now have issue with hypoglycemia and ocassionally reactive hypoglycemia.  Blah.
