B- protein coffee
S- egg white, spinach and feta in a whole grain wrap & a SF vanilla breve latte (Starbucks stop before a meeting)
L- 6oz steak, 1/4c cheese, huge glob of Greek yogurt, chopped onions & tomatoes
S- 3 mini Tootsie Rolls
S- piece of whole grain bread slathered in PB
D- Cobb salad (chicken, bacon, egg, cheese w/bacon ranch dressing), cup of chili, 1 baby carrot, 1 bite of fried shrimp, 1 bite country fried chicken in gravy, 2 bites corn bread
S- protein hot cocoa with a few mini marshmallows
Fluids- all in
Vites- forgot breakfast batch, trying to catch up, was a hecitic morning w/meetings and kiddo/husband drama (neither of them are morning people, LOL!)
Exercise- none, sat in meetings till 4pm, rushed home to get my daughter before MORE meetings tonight. Just got home.

B: Dymatize Elite Cafe Mocha shake made w/4 oz half&half, water and ice
S: greek yogurt
L: taco pile up
D: 10 chips with salsa, 4 oz of chicken & steak fajita meat with a T of sour cream and Quac
S: Decaf, Iced Sugar Free Mocha made with 1/2 & 1/2 from Starbucks
Fluids: 64+
Vites: not a good day, left the house at 8:15 am and on the way to my destination that I had forgotten my vites. I did not get home til 9:00 pm. I must put up another reminder sign by my door. I haven't done that since we moved a month ago. Got my iron in this morning before leaving and getting in my bed time set now.
Exercise: None
Trying to put everything in MFP, but it is down for maintenance. I want to know how many grams of carbs I had today. I am regretting those chips.

bowl of Hemp seed/flax seed heated in cream like hot cereal with butter and splenda br sugar
Homemade Chicken pot pie with low carb wheatless crust, lots of chicken and various veggies
another chicken pot pie
2 grilled chicken breast
SF Chocolate pudding
Vites: done
Exercites: hooped 15 minutes
RNY to DS 210 lbs gone for 5 years.
