VSG Surgeons in Illinois

Hello All! What a supportive community with great info! I just recently began considering VSG and am trying to find a surgeon located in Illinois. Has anyone here had the surgery in Illinois and did they self-pay? My insurance does not cover so I will have to pay out of pocket. I am hoping there is someone reputable in this state. Mexico is not an option for me.
