S- 6oz steak, an egg, 1/4c cheese & onions sauteed in butter
L- boneless wings (6) with ranch
S- popcorn
S- one bite of home made granola bar for my daughters class tomorrow (they are ALL going, I just had to try a bite, as Ive never made them before and wanted to make sure they were palatable)
D- 2 fried chicken thighs, few bites red beans & rice, few bites cole slaw, biscuit
S- will be chunks of cheese and rolled up deli meat
S- if I have another it will be Greek yogurt
Vites- all in except bedtime batch

S: Dymatize Nutrition Elite Whey Protein, Chocolate Fudge Shake (it was pretty good)

Before sugery I took ribbon to measure all the pertinent spots. I pulled out my ribbons today and couldn't believe my eyes. I have lost at least 30 inches. WOW. It is hard to put my head around that.
