Making a conscious effort today. I had a protein coffee and about 6oz steak, an egg, 1/4c cheese and onions all scrambled together in a ton of butter for breakfast today. Im going to find something to keep me busy in hopes to avoid mindless snacking/cravings. The carbs must go!
OMG I know EXACTLY how you feel! Hence the reason I came back to the board tonight. I was 2 years out on 9/30 and I've lost 216 pounds. I hit my goal weight at about 14 months out and have maintained until about 2 months ago. It was at that point that I just kept eating and eating and eating. I was like "how the hell can I fit all that crap in there!!??" I, too, was blessed/cursed with being able to eat most carbs without significant issues. Hence the 10 to 15 pound bounceback. My highest weight was 382, surgery weight 364, got down to 147 and now I go between 157 - 162. I HAVE to get this under control. This post was what kept me grounded in the beginning so I figure it's time to go back to basics after loving and living my life joyously for the last two years. Better late than never eh??
Totally embarrassed that I can shove this much crap down my throat but here it is:
B: Whole wheat english muffin (a whole one) with butter
S: Pepperoni slices and cheese cubes
S: Capn Crunch Berry cereal and milk
L: Pot Roast with veggies
S: tortilla chips with loads of melted cheese and sour cream
S: 3 oreo cookies
Haven't eaten dinner yet because I'm like how can I consume anymore damn calories but I'm starving. I'm ALWAYS hungry now days it seems. Even when I pack on the protein. UGH!!!!! Get this crazy girl motivated and going down the path of the straight and narrow again.

Bad weekend around here. GF's family in car accident so haven't paid attention to bites. Hope to get back on track and hope my internet connection stops going down.

4 eggs sausage cheese onions mushrooms
Mr. Peanut bread made with lots of walnuts, cranberry and orange
Small bowl chili with lots of cheese on top
Roast chicken with gravy and 4 baby potatoes
2 cups of SF choc pudding made with heavy wipping cream.
Vites: yes
Excercites: no

I make a few versions of warm protein shakes-
1. Coffee: 4oz H&H, splash of SF hazelnut creamer, scoop of IDS vanilla/cinnamon- shake to blend, pour over about 16oz hot coffee
2. Chai Tea: 4oz H&H, scoop of IDS vanilla/cinnamon- shake to blend, pour into about 6oz of hot vanilla chai tea
3. Hot Chocolate: 4oz H&H, scoop of Champion Pure Whey Stack chocolate- shake to blend, pour into 4oz hot H&H
