I really need to work on my fat intake though. I was having plenty, but obviously not enough as I have terrible dry flaky skin on my chin now. I'm heading to the pharmacy in a while to get some cream for it, but I really need to push the fats. I'll probably start by adding an avocado a day and having more coffees w cream - I have 1-2 a day, but I think I need to get 4 minimum.
I should also make more PB cookies when I get home as I used to slather them with butter. I'm really going to have to work on high fat ideas though!!
