Exercise: Just now stopped going. Hip and lower back is really bothering me. I may have to head to the chiropractor.

sounds like you have a back like mine.  I find ice helps to take down the swelling and it will usually fix itself overnight. (not allways, sometimes takes longer) I have 2 severly degenerated discs in my lower back L5 and S1.  I stopped going to the chiropractor when I found this out. He never took x-rays of my back and I was his patient for years.  Cement floors are terrible for backs, and I find wearing good supports in your shoes helps.  Hope you feel better soon.

Sorry I've not managed to post, but I'm on hol at the mo and the tablet wasn't accepting my OH password (finally got the laptop out, even though I definitely know my password). Anyway I'm getting in 100g+ protein and 72oz+ plus of water. I'm enjoying a full English breakfast w ~35g protein.

I really need to work on my fat intake though. I was having plenty, but obviously not enough as I have terrible dry flaky skin on my chin now. I'm heading to the pharmacy in a while to get some cream for it, but I really need to push the fats. I'll probably start by adding an avocado a day and having more coffees w cream - I have 1-2 a day, but I think I need to get 4 minimum.

I should also make more PB cookies when I get home as I used to slather them with butter. I'm really going to have to work on high fat ideas though!!

Glad you got your technical difficulties straightened out. Sounds like an awesome vacation otherwise.

Butter and cream are always good for fats, as is bacon.
