B: Steak
L: Seafood Bordetto from Olive Garden (OH, My delicious) a broth based stew full of shrimp, scallops, talapia, spinach and mushrooms. It took me 1.5 hours to eat it all, but it was so good and 43 grams of protein.
S: Salad
D: Brok's Pizza
Fluids: not good, need to get in about 40 oz just to meet my minimum of 64 oz
Vites: Oh, ladies not good. I did refill my organizer and my husband threw away my print out from Vitalady. With that said I will be getting of here and printing it out and filling my organizer.
Exercise: None, we did lots of school today. (I homeschool my 12 year old daughter and 5 year old son)

Exercties: nada (feeling better but still not lots of energy)
