Good visit with the neutritionist
Went for my 2nd visit with the neutritionist and found out I lost 10 lbs YIPI. She was really pleased. I sent up my next 2 appts and she gave me a diet to follow wish I will go food shopping tomorrow, I am going to start to try new foods to see what I like between now and having the surgery (keeping fingers crossed that it will be in January). I spoke with my insurance and they told me it would probably take about 3-5 days for the approval but they sounded really good about it also. So I say so far this has been a really GOOD week.
