S - 1/4 cup almonds

L - protein shake
S - 1/2 cup sunflower and pumpkin seeds
D - chili and hot dogs

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done  
omega 3: done  
iron: done  
copper: done  

evening batch: after dinner 

EXERCITES:
walking (8,466 steps)

Hi Gina,
Made it to Dallas.
Had a 24hr stomach virus...boy was pretty sick, but feeling ok now. Got it from my DGD, I think.

B: nothing
S: cheese
S: bacon, protein shake
D: cheese nachos/guacamole (still eating kindof light)

V: playing catch up....started late in the day
F: again, playing catch up

this is my 3rd time trying to post.  dang it.  i keep hitting the spell check button.  then my pc locks up.  not liking these new changes with oh.   booooooooooooooo  !!!!

1/2 turkey/cheese sandwich - no bread
few bbq chips

small pc pumpkin cake 1" x 4"
leftover buffalo chicken dip
few fries

Have you emptied the cache and deleted the old cookies? I'm not having any trouble and I'm using Firefox on one computer and Chrome on the other.

Hi Gina,
My bites for Wednesday:

3 egg, sausage, mushroom, cheese, onion omlet.
Roast beef, carrots, couple pieces of potatoes.
1/4 cup toasted hemp seeds
Chicken thigh
Brocks pizza, sausage, cheese, mushroom, onion, black olives
cup of Chicken broth
handful of chocolate chips
pc of Mr peanut bread.
yogurt with grnd flax and chia seeds with large glass of water.

All vites.

Exercites: none at all.

RNY to DS  210 lbs gone for 5 years.
