Will this work?
I found out through trial and error that I cannot take my B-complex vitamin anymore because my B6 levels are crazy high, even with limiting it to 2 times a week.
My other B vitamins are lower end of normal and I still want to fuel them. So I searched online for a B-complex without B6 and found this:

Would this work?? Does anyone see a reason why they wouldn't?
They put this alo vera stuff that says helps absorb...kind weird. It is in capsules...I just need some people to take a peak ta this B-Complex link w/out B6
I would price out those two (B9 &B12) separately and see what they cost.

I have taken Biotin on and off for years. I'm taking the most I've ever taken after surgery. My chin hairs are getting out of control! So much so that I'm thinking of Vaniqua (or whatever it's called). I did laser in 2004. It's come back with a vengeance! My hair is growing like crazy with this amount of Biotin. I'm happy with that. The chin hairs are well... Frustrating to say the least! I did not think about the Biotin causing the hair growth. I know excessive Aldosterone will cause it. Thanks for that tidbit!
I don't think laser will work again because I have too many hairs that have turned gray (Argh!).
so i would like to see if i can balance it with taking out the problem child. just wondering if this pill is even good though... i am just not sure on that alo vera..
side note though...i have thought about taking them seperatly but would rather just stick with one pill if at all possible. ... yea i am not going to take any additional biotin...since i have PCOS i dont' need anymore chin hair... yikes!

Aloe Vera soothes the digestive system. I used it a few years ago just for that. I'm sure it's more like a buffer on this Vit.
Does PCOS change at menopause?
Yes and no. PCOS affects many systems in the body. So, many symptoms may persist even though ovarian function and hormone levels change as a woman nears menopause. For instance, excessive hair growth continues, and male-pattern baldness or thinning hair gets worse after menopause. Also, the risks of complications (health problems) from PCOS, such as heart attack, stroke, and diabetes, increase as a woman gets older.

i dont' know what your PCOS is based off but most females its because of not enough estrogen... well mine is because i have to much androgen. my estrogen levels are fine. so there is no treatment for mine...per say. if i my estrogen was low they would have put me on hormones but since my androgen is high.. they don't have a medication to lower androgen. so my only hope was weight loss.
hope that makes sense. on the good side though it did decrease a lot. maybe more time will tell.

I am having a lot of labs done in 3 weeks to see where I'm at with everything! I truly can't hardly stand to wait!!!
