Was totally exhausted for some reason and wanted to mostly sleep the weekend away. It was bites and sleep and bites and sleep and bites and sleep for me.

4 eggs with cheese
sleep
1/3 cup hemp seeds
(threw a beef roast in the oven with carrots and potatoes for laterfthen fell asleep in front of TV)
2 cans tuna with mayo and relish
nap
protein drink
back to bed
yogurt with flax and chia seeds
Bedtime

Vites:  all except one dose of Calcium

Exercites. upper arm work in getting food to my mouth, full body work turning over in bed
