I hate it when that happens...medical appointments can ruin your whole day for sure.

Ugh...and you didn't already have your lab results to discuss?

I gave him some that my PCP ordered when I was a month out but he didn't really look at those (said it was too early to know). I got my blood drawn during the same hospital visit. I guess they'll give me some feed back later, but the real plan is to input them into a spreadsheet I bought from Vitalady and between us we can work out what I need for my next order. The vites take a month to arrive the US (they get stuck in UK customs for a while). The timing should work quite well.

I'm hoping to get future blood work done via my PCP, but she wouldn't do anything unless the DS surgeon told what should be done. They're going to do a dexa scan too, but I think that'll be 12 months away and then they said only once every 3 years - that's all you get on the NHS. I can consider self-pay, but unless I get a PCP referral even private isn't an option!!

For your spreadsheet, you will likely have to convert her ranges to UK measures but it's not hard to do. Good luck getting your labs all sorted out. The dexa scan is a great idea.
