***Wednesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

Very busy at work and falling asleep before getting online to account for bites so playing catch-up now.
 
Bites:
2 eggs, fried with cheese
1/2 cup orange juice
One Cinamon bun with lots of butter
Beef vegetable soup, heavy on the beef
Hemp hearts
8 Oz sirloin steak
few bites spinach/avacado dip
Green salad with a few chicken pieces
a few homemade chips
yogurt with flax and chia seeds followed by a glass of water

Lots of hot tea, 1 dt cola, water

All vites

Walked 2.5 miles and hooped 10 minutes


RNY to DS  210 lbs gone for 5 years.
