thankfully my assignments no longer include those hateful offices with all the candy bowls.  as for home, i was thinking of handing out goodie bags sans candy.  did you see the cute mini cans of play dough?  you buy several mini cans of the stuff in a bag. 
hubs thought about this with some silly items like those plastic spider rings or eyeballs.  whatca think?

 I have a question. 

I hate coffee !       ICK  !  

But I now live in a cooler climate than in the last 14 years. Any other ideas for a hot protein drink on a cool day ?  I do cold protein drinks just fine.....but I shudder at the thought of coffee. Tea does not have  protein, open to ideas.

 I've made a hot chocolate protein drink. I used cream, chocolate protein powder and sugar free cocoa mix. It wasn't great to me but....

You could also look at a chai latte style with chai torani and vanilla.

Chai tea protein latte:

1 - 20 oz shaker cup with wire ball
1/4 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup water, or 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, water, or milk
1 to 1 1/2 scoops of Nectar vanilla protein powder
{shake} until blended
Pour into large mug
Add 9 to 10 oz, or more, of hot brewed chai tea you've made from tea bags not the mix
{stir}

Add hot liquid to cold liquid to avoid lumps. Keep the protein slurry below 160 degrees.

B: browned sausage with 2 eggs and 1/4 cup of cheese scrambled into it. It is my new favorite breakfast
S: salad
L:4 oz New York Strip Steak
S: grape tomatoes, 2 inch square of pumpkin bread slathered with butter
D: 3 oz. ground beef, 2 T sour cream, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 avacado
S: SF mocha made with half&half from Starbucks

Protein: 139 grams
Vites: All in
Exercise: Found a workout buddy who needs me as much as I need her

I launch my new Thirty-One business tomorrow evening. Lots to do before then, but sooo excited.

V Kinda - just noticed that my Vitalady pre-packaged vites have been mislabeled. I had 2 evening packs side by side and noticed they contained different vites!!
