Excellent Bites today!  I didn't get many steps in today either but tomorrow should be better. :)

completely upside down day.  yesterday spent 12 hours in the hosp for dh hernia repair.  everything is going to be ok.  he was discharged at 1 a.m.

double protein coffee
mc d's big mac - only ate one bun and yes this was my breakfast
few fries
cashews
macadamia nuts
double protein coffee
pickled egg
popcorn chips
few pieces of candy corn
left over italian sausage
scramble egg w/goat cheese
1" slice of apple loaf cake
pending:  my nightcap of a double protein coffee

vites:  bedtime batch pending
fluids:  90+ by bedtime

Hi all!

Bites -
Breakfast - 3 pieces of thick cut bacon, scrambled egg - 19g
Snack - Muscle Milk - 25g
Lunch - Stouffer's Baked Chicken and Mashed Potatoes - 24g
Snack - 1/2 pack peanuts and a protein shake - 36g
Dinner - to be determined, probably something Mexican

Total protein = 104 so far

Vitamins - done except for evening calcium

Exercise - lots of walking for work, no idea how many steps.

Hi Hinayana,
AWOL yesterday. By the time o got home, ate a little, I fell into bed only to have to be up at 4:30 this morning.
I need to come up with a new plan for breakfast. I'm getting too hungry.....I'm totally fearful of gaining weight though

S: (early). Pumpkin bread
L: turkey and swiss on 1 slice WW bread, 2 pickles
S: Adkins cranberry almond bar
D: Brok's pizza

That's a tough one about breakfast. I don't recall you eating Greek yogurt or hard boiled eggs. Are those a no-go for you? Maybe another piece of Brok's pizza or make a breakfast pizza for yourself you can grab and go all week.
