Breakfast - 3 pieces of thick cut bacon, scrambled egg - 19g
Snack - Muscle Milk - 25g
Lunch - Stouffer's Baked Chicken and Mashed Potatoes - 24g
Snack - 1/2 pack peanuts and a protein shake - 36g
Dinner - to be determined, probably something Mexican
Total protein = 104 so far
Vitamins - done except for evening calcium
Exercise - lots of walking for work, no idea how many steps.

AWOL yesterday. By the time o got home, ate a little, I fell into bed only to have to be up at 4:30 this morning.
I need to come up with a new plan for breakfast. I'm getting too hungry.....I'm totally fearful of gaining weight though
