***Tuesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
I was sitting at my desk yesterday and just about to start work and I started to think about food. This was an indication I was going to want to eat ALL DAY LONG. It also usually indicates a bad eating day. I rarely eat well on these days. I know the carbs feed off each other.
Double scoop protein shake (50gms) with heavy cream
Lasagna
Chips (a handful)
Cheesecake (small slice)
Snickers bar
Broccoli, potato cheese soup (half a can, it was not good)
More chips!
Another protein shake with two scoops and cream
All my vitamins and a lot of water.
