They're so so, but I'm not really that much of a brownie eater. Kirmy's PB cookies (with thick butter spread on them) are staying on my menu though!! ;0

ETA: further bites and exercites

So far:
3 eggs scrambled with cream and shredded cheese
3 pcs thick bacon
large bowl homemade chicken soup (that was the last of it)
2 cups cooked chicken warmed up with butter on top.
Went to Asian Steak Hibachi Seafood place for dinner but can't remember name of it :(
6 oz beef steak,
4 pcs shrimp
6 pcs chicken
several gr beans
5 mushrooms in butter
2 bites of eggroll
1 crab ragoon
1/2 cup cho**** cream
fortune cookie
Then before bed had 1 container yogurt with flax and chia seeds and big glass of water.

Was cutting out tea to break the sweetener habit and ended up with a bad headache today - possibly caffiene withdrawal?  So made a cup of hot tea but couldn't drink it plain so went ahead and added sweetener.  headache better but not gone - so having another cup now.

Vits/meds/ Ca all current

Hula hooping better and longer everyday and  not getting out of breath as much now.  Don't know if I'm getting stronger and building endurance or if I'm getting better at hooping and not expending as much energy.

I think I'd keep drinking the tea too. Do you like Truvia (stevia) in tea?

Gina, what is the advantage of stevia over sucralose (Truvia over Splenda)?

I use both Truvia and Splenda in things but was wondering if your sweetener might be causing the headaches. Truvia is supposed to be natural and less likely to give you headaches.

Oh.  Headaches are rare, even with using lots of Splenda day in and out, so lack of caffeine was the likely culprit. Especially since drinking a couple of big cups of strong tea seemed to cure it.  Always stayed away from Truvia because it is a sugar alcohol - it must not have a negative effect on you?
