I should track this better than relying on my faulty memory ..

coffee protein shake (50 grams plus heavy cream)
1/2 pound of bacon (seriously?! I ate all that?)
5 red vines
glass of wine with some pita chips and smoked gouda cheese dip (cheese & mayo basically)
3oz steak, 1/3 of a house salad, 1/3 of a sweet potato, 1/3 of steamed veggies, and a few bites of cheesecake (we had Outback)

I got in all my vitamins and spent most of the afternoon running around at a car show. I blame them for the red vines. I really don't like them yet I ate them ...
