very strange eating day for me. only real meal was the quiche.   here's my day in order of intake -------------------->

double protein coffee
8 slices of bacon piled onto 1 slice rye toas****on of mayo (ate this standing up while cleaning house - a bite here - dust - a bit there - vacuum)
left over egg drop soup -yup, ate this in the a.m.
almonds
quiche lorriane - crustless
mini whole beets (ate 2)
1/2 sticky bun
2 slices lebanon bologna
double protein iced coffee
pumpkin seeds
popcorn chips
3 hershey's kisses
double protein coffee

vites:  all in
fluids:  90+ oz
