Hi Gina,
CAT scan came back showing nothing abnormal. He's going to see me Saturday AM. I also have an oozy spot that he's going to take care of. The pain has improved a little.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes

chinese take out:  sha-cha beef
few spoonfuls of brown rice

mini twix bar
1/2 pizza piled on one slice

L - 1/2 6" subway melt sub lots of veggies
S - 3 slices old cheddar cheese, and 3 bicks baby dills
D - other half of subway melt sub.
S - dehydrated fruit, apricots, apple ring, peach and pear slice

Vites
All in

Exercites walking around walmart shopping, putting away shopping.

Fluids 2 medium coffees and 1 500ml bottled water  (gotta try for more)

Are you keeping track of how many grams of carbs you're eating a day and what is your goal? Maybe this day was off but it seems kind of high on the carb side...maybe it's just that the dehydrated fruit and the banana caught my eye. If your WL seems to slow more than you want it to, you may want to take a look at the carbs to protein ratio.

 My carbs came out to 121 (my fittness pal says my limit is 192) I don't know how accurate that is though

Help me remember you aren't low carbing so I don't keep asking you about it. lol  I seem to think everybody low carbs when they don't. Not a problem though.

hi major mom, I am still a rookie at this.  At present I have to get my potassium up, I should still be watching my carbs though.  I don't know for sure what is an acceptable level of carbs for weight loss.  I have been looking for foods high in potassium. so far I have found avocados, potatos with the skin, apricots, prunes and bananas. I wish I could drink v8 that would be easier.  Milk is good for potassium too - I am going to add protein powder to it.  thank you for looking out for me. I don't know what I am doing. LOL
