TGIF!!
survived my CAT scan but it really screwed up my food and fluids, I knew I would need to drink the contrast dye but didn't realize I would also have IV dye.

B: bacon, 2protein shakes
S (early): pumpkin bread
S (very late afternoon): cheddar bites
D: ribs, few bites of baked potato, dinner roll

V: one batch left

What was the IV dye for? Could you see anything or would they tell you anything?

The dye was for contrast. I guess dual contrast was ordered. Anyway, wasn't too bad, and, no, nothing was said. I did take a picture of my DS configuration so they would have it. My doc should the faults on Monday

Another struggle today. Moving is throwing me off. I have to learn to be a better planner. That said, after I post I think I will go over to myfittnesspal and plan out my day tomorrow.

Weight Loss Mode
B: 4 sausage links, 2 scrambled eggs with 1/4 c. cheese
S: TS peanut butter
L: 10 Tortilla chips w/salsa & cheese dip, 1 small cheese enchilada, the insides of a taco
D: 1 chicken leg with skin, 1 thigh without skin, okra
S: Going to force myself to get in a 40 gram protein drink

Fluids: 80 oz
Vites: Morning Batch, starting my noon batch now. Staying up late packing so going to try and put in one batch every two hours till I get in my dinner and bed time rounds. Or should I skip my calcium and get all the others in? I take 1500 mg a day.500 a time at least 2 hours apart and with food.

Exercise: Up and down these dang stairs. Just one more day of that.

When I get pressed for time I only give my batches an hour apart. Vitalady told me with our fast transit time an hour separating things is ok, not great but ok.
