weight loss mode: Feeling yucky today, I have forced my protein and fluids in as medicine.

B: 6 sausage links
2 fried eggs
S: pineapple
L: 3 oz smoked sausage, saurkraut
S: Protein shake
D: Lettuce wrap burger with pepper jack cheese and tomato
S: Not sure

Long day. I was in a good mood but know one else was. Oh, well...
Nothing to eat or drink after 9:30 tomorrow morning, ugh, but I want to get to the bottom of my problem,
