***Wednesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Hi guys,
BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
S - Jay Robb bar
L - protein shake (30g)
S - sunflower seeds
D - NC BBQ and fresh tomato w/mayo on sunflower butter bread (It's really really green bread but it's pretty good)
VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
EXERCITES:
walking (9,652 steps so far) and 10 minutes on strengthening bands for my shoulder

Weight Loss Mode
Not a good day. It was our first day of homeschool co-op and I did not plan well. I went way to long without eating and my sugar fell and has taken the rest of the day to get back to normal. I have not gotten enough protein in.
B: BLT no bread 6 pieces of bacon (should have had some yogurt or a shake with it or 2 hours later
L: Avacado Chicken salad
S: String cheese, 2 TS peanut butter
D: 5 oz of bologna, 2 oz of velveeta
Fluids: 100 oz
Vites: just lack my bed time set
Exercise: Stairs
Tomorrow is another day.
