8 months post-op - 137.3 lbs down!

Hi everyone!

So I am just over 8 months out of surgery and so far I have lost 137.3 lbs!

BMI has gone down from 53.8 to 34.4 and I am really happy!!

Looking forward to losing an extra 50 lbs

Thanks to everyone for the support, and to the pre-ops I wish the best of luck, it'll be worth it!!!

Awesome job... was there anything special you were doing to get those kind of results? Exercising? Certain Foods? Please tell me your secret. What kind of protein and vitamins are u using?
