B: Greek Yogurt Protein Smoothie (45g)
L: Protein Coffee (51 g)
S: 3 chickfila tenders (34 g)
D: BLT w/no bread (19 g, my new favorite)
S: 2 String cheese (10)

Fluids: 90oz
Vites all in except 1 calcium
Exercise: running up and down the 3 flights of stairs to our apartment.
Hormones are out of control. Really struggled with depression today. Hoping my new dose of Celexa will help if not I am off to my Gynecologist. Thanks all of you.

Hoping you get that depression managed. Hormones can be a pain in the first year.

EXERCITES: NONE
Dr. Jamie Ponce de Leon - Medical guide Laurie Wolf Received money Never showed up - Only thing booked were flights.  Surgeon and Medical team, and hospital were awesome .  There is another Medical guide named Trish she is good.  PM me for info.
